On-boarding
We have a staged Onboarding plan. Once you have completed the system configuration document, we will agree with you the scope and depth of the Onboarding services you wish to engage.
We can take your existing system and convert to ours or we can take manual lists of product and use our AI tools to load the system from your information.
We can import images and also assist you with using our large library of ready-to go product images.

Hardware
Our system can run on most platforms. Windows / Apple and Linux are supported. It is not necessary to purchase additional hardware if you already have a suitable computer system and appropriate printers.
We have made arrangements with our associated companies to provide a full hardware package tailored to your requirements if you require. Typically this will include an Apple or Windows Processor, Monitor, Receipt PRinter and General Purpose Printer, A Barcode Scanner and a Tag Printer if also required
Supplies and Translations
We have a range of very competitively priced support stationary and other items such as Garment Tags, Receipt Printer supplies and other consumables. We will assist you with setting up your branding for any printed Invoices or Receipts
Our system is Multi-lingual supporting up to five languages per site. We can assist you with any translation needs in 29 different languages
Customer Payment Options
We know that every country has different payment needs. WeChat Pay, ALiPay, Credit/Debit Card, Octopus, Apple Pay etc. can all be supported if available in your country. You may already have payment agreements in place that we can use or we can assist you with setting up new payment methods.
