Tracking
Track and Trace is available in several ways
Batch Tracking allows a production batch of a product to be traced from receipt from supplier all the way to each end customer
Serial Number tracking follows an individual item from purchase to sale
General Product Tracking is doen through an extensive movement file enauiry system
New and Reconditioned
Both New and Reconditioned products can be managed. For Reconditioning, a full record of all material and labour costs incurred re recorded. New PRoduct can be sold either in Bulk or as an individual serial number item.
Loyalty Programs
We have different Loyalty schemes available to match your requirements. From a basic value/Spend points system to more complex promotional and product driven loyalty schemes
Our Laundry system manages all aspects of Laundry and Dry Cleaning services. We cover in-house and external cleaning services, Web ordering and Collection/Delivery management
The sales process allows for up to 36 special treatments and simple repairs each or which are customisable for your own business (Both chargeable or inclusive. Garment type and colour are recorded for identification and tags can be printed to attach to each item for tracking. Product Brand information can be stored for each item and a Customer history built up to enable quick repeat servicing
Add-On Services like Pressing Starching can be setup with full flexible charging options.


Services like Shoe Repairs that are performed in a workshop with menu pricing . The Sale can be completed and payment taken and then job completed in the workshop. Customer messaging can be automatic and the service fully integrates with Delivery Services
When accepting a repair, optional extras can be added to the repair task. Flexible charging is provided for up to 36 different options.
To help identify the order the colour and material of the goods can be recorded quickly at the time of the sale and the brand of goods stored for reference if desired
Alteration Services are similar to the General Repair system but the allow for specific measurements to be recorded for each type of alteration. This provdes convient prompts to teh operator to make sure all the relevant measurements are taken with the order
A Sketch pad facility adds more flexibility and diagrammatic detail for the alteration technician by allowing a sketch to be drawn at the time of order creation to highlight the work desired
Menu Pricing systems make the work order execution a quick and simple task requiring minimal operator intervention from Sale to Job completion


Key Cutting and SImilar Services like Locksmith and Security work can be managed in a different way to normal repair shop work. Often Keys are cut whilst the customer waits and a full workshop repair system is not required for these jobs. Included in this module is a full Incall or Outcall repair service with travel recording and detailled job planning
Fully integrated to all other systems including Product Inventory and Finance
Security keys can be flagged as requiring special authorisation before duplication and Serial Tracking is available if desired
Our Repair Shop Software is a highly configurable system designed for one or many technicians with Work Management and Productivity Analysis included
Features include Work Orders, Estimates, Reconditioning works, Scheduling, Link to Inventory, Customer history and Analysis, Time recording and Analysis and Menu-driven pricing
Work orders are created once the repair sale is booked into the Sales system. A work-flow management system tracks the work order through to end customer satisfaction
The Repair Shop system includes the Estimation system. A pre-sale estimate can be created and then quickly converted into a repair order in a few simple clicks. Customer follow-up for open estimates is included
