Terms and conditions for refund and returns
SOFTWARE

We will consider refunds for unused portions of Subscriptions in the event of a serious functional error in the Software that has been reported to us within 3 days of discovery and that has not been rectified withn 5 working days.  Other refunds will only be considered on an individual basis.  Note: Translation services are explicitly excluded from all Refund provisions and claims.  Translation services are provided on an "As-is" basis and we hod no liability for any errenous information contained therein

HARDWARE

Any hardware purchased from us has a 12 month Guarantee from the date of delivery to your premises.  During this period, in the event of equipment failure, we reserve the right to replace or repair the faulty goods at our expense.  Refunds for unwanted equipment are not normally considered as all equipment sales are Final.

What is not considered

Any evidence of Software Misues or tampering OR any evidence of Equipment misuse will void any return and refund laibilities
