Frequently Asked Questions
General System Questions

Q. What do I do if my window is stuck or freezes? A. Click on the Menu bar at the top of the screen. This will close the program safely and you can pick back up from where you left off. However, you should check as any data updates you may have been making may not have been saved if you exit a program this way.

Q. I dont see the Menu Item I need to use but it shows in the Help Text A. You may not be authorised to use this option. Ask your system administrator to check your access rights or contact us for more assistance. Each menu option can be controlled for access ao it may need adjustment for you

Q I am not printing A. First make sure your Printer is turned on, has paper and is in a ready to print state. There are a few reasons why you may not be printing. If your printer is directly attached to your PC then open the Print Manager and see the status of the Printer (Windows will show the Print manager in the bottom Right Hand Tray and for Apple you will need to open Settings and Printers then click on the appropriate Printer to view any problem. If there are no apparent issues then close your system and re-boot your PC. More often than not this will fix any printing issue. If you are on a Network then you should consult your Network Administrator

Q I do not see the Help Text on some options when I need it A. There is a small button at the top of the screen called "Show Help". Clicking this will force the help text into the right hand panel

Q How do I change my Password A. Click the small Password Key Sign at the far top right of the Heading Bar. You will be prompted to enter your existing Password and to set up a New Password then. If you have lost your password then you will need to have the System Administrator re-set it for you

Subscriptions and Support

Q. How do I change or Cancel my subscription A. Click the Support button either in the top menu bar or ion the link on the Page footer and then send a message request to us. We will process and respond to you within one Working day

Q. What are your Support Hours A. Our suport desk is manned for 12 hours from 09:00 am Asia HK until 11:00 pm. For emergency support outside these hours please email emergencey@retailsalesolutions.com and a Consultant will contact you as soon as possible. Please note there may be a change for out of hours support calls

Q Can I add more users A. The system is not user based and you can add as many users as you wish. Your System Administrator can add new Usersusing the in-built Security functions

Q I do not see the Help Text on some options when I need it A. If you exceed your allocated data storage capacity please contact us using the Support functions to request additional data storage. Note this may incur additional costs
