如果软件出现严重功能性错误，且用户在发现错误后 3 天内向我们报告，并在 5 个工作日内未能修复，我们将考虑退还订阅中未使用部分的费用。其他退款申请将视具体情况而定。请注意：翻译服务明确排除在所有退款条款和索赔范围之外。翻译服务按“原样”提供，我们对其中包含的任何错误信息不承担任何责任。

硬件

Any hardware purchased from us has a 12 month Guarantee from the date of delivery to your premises.  During this period, in the event of equipment failure, we reserve the right to replace or repair the faulty goods at our expense.  Refunds for unwanted equipment are not normally considered as all equipment sales are Final.

Any evidence of Software Misues or tampering OR any evidence of Equipment misuse will void any return and refund laibilities
